To find a winning formula for our customers, our experienced international team is constantly developing new and innovative ideas. With our flat hierarchical structure we are quick to take responsibility for our own actions and projects are carefully paired with an individuals strengths. There are now over 110 employees working at Hurra from Germany, the UK, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are continuing to expand our team and since 2002 we have been running successful apprenticeship schemes in the areas of marketing and communications management.
Our employees are all responsible team players – every team member is responsible for his or her own customers while at the same time we encourage active sharing of knowledge and development of new ideas, the key to our success.
CEO René Schweier likes to use the old cliché "You don’t have to be crazy to work here, but it helps!". OK, we may not go as far as to say we are crazy, but the amount of passion and energy shown on a daily basis by our team is anything but normal!
