As Technical Account Manager you will support our internal and external clients in online marketing campaigns configuration. We are working on our own proprietary solution that is the main point of client’s Marketing Technology Stack, integrating data from various services and delivering this data to external providers.


Technical Account Manager for Online Marketing (m/f/x)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analysis of client’s website in order to check availability of data for running online marketing campaigns
  • Configuring, running, verification and disabling various services for client
  • Troubleshooting of these services
  • Cooperation with our developer teams - tracking incidents reported to us, services configuration, improvements of currently working solution, ideas for new solutions
  • Analysis of problem reports and redirecting them to proper teams with results of this initial analysis
  • Analysis of services of external vendors that are not yet in our portfolio, when there is a need for their implementation
  • Work on tasks with accurate documentation (summary of each stage of work to be able to refer to it in the future)
  • Possibility to take ownership over certain area of our knowledge base (that you specialize or want to specialize) and taking care of internal team documentation in this area
  • Active participation in team meetings (Governance Meeting) where we all decide about team affairs


  • Knowledge about internet browsers (you need to explain what is happening there after typing website URL and pressing "Enter")
  • Easy with usage of Developer tools in browsers (you need to be able to analyse network traffic calls and check data layer - JavaScript variables, DOM elements variables)
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing tools:
    - Tag management systems (TMS) principles like Google Tag Manager (obligatory) and others (Tealium or Commanders Act)
    - Analytics tools like Google Analytics
    - Online Marketing platforms, like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising and others (Criteo, Google Marketing Platform, Microsoft Advertising etc)
    - Consent Management Platforms (CMP) like Usercentrics, Klaro, OneTrust, Didomi
  • Knowledge of SQL (basic queries to get required data from database)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (or willingness to learn it) for monitoring codes implementation (tracking data, processing, using variables from DOM or URL)
  • Knowledge of online privacy topics, especially in the area of tracking codes and Privacy Enhanced Technologies in various browsers
  • Fluent use of the English language
  • Ability to document the work performed, allowing you (and every person substituting you) to go back to place you finished, but also to note information gained for the future (knowledge capture)
  • Knowledge of processes related to the management of IT services (like ITIL)
  • Ability to cooperate in a team (also adherence to mutually agreed rules)
  • Communication on technical topics with both technical people as well as with less technical ones
