How we use Marketing Orchestration in campaign work
A campaign decision is made once, and after that it has to land in search, social, shopping and CRM. With us, that coordination is done by the people who run your account and know your numbers. The technology underneath carries the decision into the systems, and the deciding happens in the team.
The task
Every ad platform is good on its own and blind to the others. A search platform optimizes search, a social platform optimizes social, and neither of them holds the view across both. For you that means one campaign idea has to be expressed several times over, once per channel, each with its own structure and its own naming. By hand that is slow, and the versions drift apart over the weeks that follow. The gap is clearest with budget. The signals that would justify a shift sit in analytics, in the shop and in the CRM, while the action has to happen inside each ad account separately. The effort in between stays invisible until a change is made in three places and forgotten in the fourth.
What we do: We make a campaign decision with you once and have it expressed in search, social, shopping and CRM, anything essential only after your approval; no version gets forgotten, and the time spent copying goes into advice.
A promotion is already live in search while the version for social is still being built, because every channel needs its own structure and its own naming.
When one version does not get pulled along with the rest, nobody notices right away, because the effort in between stays invisible.
Between the finding in analytics and the change in the ad account sits a person copying numbers between tabs.
How we solve it
One decision, expressed in every channel
What a campaign is meant to achieve, we settle with you. Carrying it into the structure and the naming of each channel is handled by the technology, so the versions do not drift apart over the weeks that follow. Where a channel needs something different, the team that runs your account decides.
Routine on a schedule, sign-off in the team
Recurring optimization work runs on a schedule, reads the connected systems and prepares the change. A person has to approve it: whoever runs your account sees the proposal and decides whether it goes into the account.
We move budget with the reasoning attached
We move budget toward what your own numbers show is working. We put the reasoning in front of you, and nothing moves before you approve it. For planning and review we read search, social, shopping and CRM as one surface.
What you get out of it
- A campaign decision is made once and is then expressed in every channel it affects, instead of being rebuilt by hand per channel.
- Reviewability is part of it: a record of what was read and what was changed.
- Flows your team trusts keep running, and the time spent copying between tabs goes into analysis and advice.
From our own work
- SEA und Paid SearchIn search we express a campaign decision in that channel's own structure and its own naming.
- Paid SocialThe same campaign idea needs a version of its own in social, and we derive it from the same decision instead of inventing it again.
- Produktdaten und ShoppingIn shopping we express the same decision in the terms of the channel, and here those terms are the product data.
The other areas
How hurra.com, hurra.ai and the specialized products fit together
- Marketing IntelligenceEvery decision in your account has work in front of it: gathering the numbers, settling the definitions, agreeing which number the steering runs on.
- Data & SignalsAd account, shop and CRM report three different numbers for the same week.
- AI SkillsIn ongoing campaign work we switch on individual capabilities: for content, product data feeds and budgets.
What it runs on
Underneath sits the Marketing Orchestration layer: one decision, applied in every affected system in that system's own terms, with anything material waiting for your approval. hurra.ai lists the layer as being built.
- Workflow Automationrecurring optimisation work runs on a schedule, reads the connected systems and prepares the change; what matters gets approved.
- Campaign Synca campaign decision is made once and expressed in each platform in that platform's terms.
- Budget Routerbudget moves toward what your own numbers show is working; the reasoning is visible and the move is approved.
- Channel Layersearch, social, shopping and CRM read as one surface for planning and review.
hurra.ai describes the orchestration tier explicitly as being built; further modules are in build there.
This layer runs on hurra.ai
That is where a decision is made once and applied in every affected system in that system's own terms, with your approval on anything material.
If you want to run the layer yourself, you do not need us for that. Marketing Orchestration sits on hurra.ai, with your approval on anything material, and that is also where you can read which modules are still being built.
